All of our service personnel are factory-trained and qualified to keep your equipment in safe operating condition. You will receive a point-by-point “PM Inspection Report” every time your equipment is serviced. Our program conforms to ANSI, which outlines the responsibilities of equipment owners.

Featuring a fleet of mobile service trucks, Direct Compactor and Baler is equipped to handle the toughest of jobs ON-SITE, including expert hydraulic, electrical and welding services. Should a repair be too large to be completed out in the field, our fabrication workshop can complete any and all repairs.
Service/Repair requests are mainly handled within an 8-hour period. However, all calls are responded to within a 24-hour period. Below you will find Direct Compactor and Baler's protocol for service request:
Service requests placed from 6-11 AM will be handled the same business day. Service requests placed after 11:00 AM will be scheduled for the earliest appointment available on the next service day.
When a call comes in it is scheduled in the office we use computerized dispatching and smart phone technology with all of our technicians. We take a methodical approach to prepare and outfit our technicians with the right skills, tools and parts to get the job done right on the first visit resulting in accelerated recovery time for your operation. The service trucks are equipped with cranes, welders, torches, and a wide selection of the common replacement parts to repair electrical and hydraulic issues.
